This hot sauce is a bold, vibrant blend of tropical sweetness and fiery heat. The Scotch bonnet peppers bring a potent, spicy kick that’s intense but not overwhelming, perfectly balanced by the subtle sweetness of mango and the tart, citrusy notes from passion fruit and kumquat.

It pairs beautifully with seafood (grilled, on oysters, or ceviches), on tacos, as marinades for meat or veggies.. etc..

Ingredients: Scotch bonnet, Bell peppers, Mango, Passion fruit, Kumquat, Garlic cloves, Ginger root, Turmeric root, Unfiltered Apple cider vinegar, Sugar, Organic Sea Salt and Xanthan gum.
